The donations are slowly trickly in. I received 2 responses from my 10 letters this past week. They were for 100.00 each, but every little bit helps!
On a more somber note, Erica Peacock, Don's wife, and Kyle's Mom, underwent extensive surgery on her leg this past week. She is recovering at home and awaiting the results of her tests. I sent a card on behalf of the team - please keep their family in your thoughts and prayers.
In addition, as I am writing this, I am awaiting the results of my MRI and contrast CT; not quite sure if they were looking for ACTUAL EVIDENCE of brain activity or blockages, etc. Davis and I are headed to Pinehurst to meet with the neurologist tomorrow, so keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

Happy belated birthday to Logan!! Sorry to have missed your party. We were hung up in the E.R. I know you were waiting anxiously (Tammy and Karen included) on my boondocks moves!!!
