WHAT THE HECK IS THE RED BALL?
The Red Ball is awarded to a player for an outstanding defensive play in an inning. The catchers and pitchers will have the chance at the Red Ball also for oustanding throws (catcher) and great gritty performance in an inning (pitcher).
At the end of the year the player that has received the most red balls will get the Bombers Red Ball award trophy. |
